the best diaper you can actually find in town would be the overnight taped briefs from cvs. If you just want to give diapers a fair shot this is a good place to start. Next step up after that would be bread-butter high end medi diapers such as the Abena M4 or Tranquility ATN. After would be various abdl diaper companies like Rearz or ABU

>>20690 I highly recommend Rearz safari/princess pink model that they offer- They're quite large, but as an overnight diaper they can take quite a beating. With a pair of high-backed plastic pants and snapsuit you're got your best chance of not leaking even during extreme circumstances
