We have methods that can't be tampered with and even Mega links can be brought back if you just dispute the claim with false info (pro-tip, write said info down for each Mega account). Although it probably also works with regular content, you could still use encrypted archives on Mega to fly under the radar when disputing. In any case, be adamant that whatever content is in there is yours. I'm pretty sure that after one dispute is overturned, the DMCAer's email address is blacklisted from future automatic requests. Unless the DMCA request came from the actual artist in person, Mega will reinstate the file.
