To repost another anon's list: Ojamajo Doremi Slice-of-life mahou shoujo about a group of elementary school girls. I'd say this one has the perfect combination of cute, childish styling and engaging, intelligent writing which can be enjoyed by an adult. Ojamajo Doremi is well worth watching even if you don't plan to regress. Cardcaptor Sakura Mahou shoujo featuring elementary school girls, but this one leans more towards a monster-of-the-week (MotW) format. CCS is another well written show with fairly broad appeal. Miracle Girls Twin sisters in middle school solving everyday problems with magic. This one is much less well known than Sailor Moon (which came out around the same time) but personally I prefer it, mainly because it sticks to a slice of life format. Mewkledreamy A mahou shoujo show all about middle school girls with cute magical plushies. This is definitely aimed at the younger end of elementary school but the writing is surprisingly good so it's good fun to watch. It leans very much towards the slice-of-life end of the SoL-MotW scale. Precure You've heard of Pretty Cure right? It's a very long running show with a standard monster-of-the-week formula. Think Sailor Moon, but aimed at a younger audience. Most of the seasons have totally new characters and settings so you can jump in more or less anywhere. Rilu Rilu Fairilu This one is undeniably a show for preschoolers. There's not a great deal to hold an adult's interest, but it scores very highly on cuteness and babyishness. Not all the seasons have been subtitled yet. Magical Idol Pastel Yumi Another cute and fun SoL mahou shoujo show about an elementary school girl. There are two other related shows (Magical Emi and Creamy Mami) by the same studio, although I haven't got round to watching them yet.

More people need to see Nanaka 6/17. https://nyaa.si/view/482541 The titular character, 17 year old Nanaka, loses her memory and ends up mentally regressing back to the age of 6. She doesn't get shown wearing diapers or anything, but it's a really good show and might resonate with some people here.

So I finally got around to watching Chikyuugai Shounen Shoujo or Orbital Children. It was very fun and enjoyable, not to mention the fact that at least some of the characters are stated to be wearing (and using!) diapers throughout the whole show. Also you should totally watch Dennou Coil by the same writer and director. There are no diapers in that one sadly, but it's still a very good anime.

You have to just enjoy the knowledge that at least 2 or 3 of the characters are doing everything while wearing wet, squishy diapers. The first episode might be a bit fast paced if you prefer slower SoL shows, but it was surprisingly good sci-fi. Aside from a bit of artistic license with flashy special effects for electronic warfare and hacking, most of the physics is pretty realistic and believable. My advice is to just download it and see if you get hooked.

As for all the other stuff - hot dang they understand decompression, pressure dynamics, and modern engineering concepts all extremely well. Even how the emergency suits don't hold as strong an air seal for as long - the author seems to understand things at an extremely exceptional level. Most people who think of spacesuits wouldn't realize there's a difference in what kind of pressure difference a suit is capable of and how well it holds that difference and all those pressure system nuances you typically only learn from hands-on experience. Also got all the stuff about trajectories and how you can trace something's trajectory from its velocity and position and all that stuff spot-on. Back to diapers, given they state they're in them, real shame they still draw them like they're just wearing normal underwear. Not even a little bit of padding bulk as far as I've seen.

On the plus side, if the diapers are that form-fitting then it would be hard for the kids to ignore the feeling of warm squishiness being pressed against their skin.

There's no thickness to them so they'd look more baggy than puffy, assuming they're slightly oversized. Of course I'm sure that's what the artists were aiming to draw, but the simplified lines and lack of any indication of wrinkles makes Heidi's pantsu look like they're stretched tight over something a bit thicker than just her butt. I've attached a webm which has some very well drawn and animated pantsu at the end. It shows what I mean about the difference between baggy and puffy.

If you want generic child panties I think there's some in Tegami Bachi... up near episode 10 or 11 I think. My Otome has... well, it has fan art, but the anime explicitly implies that one character has a mommy fetish and winds up babying another character (who is a bit of a brat as I recall).

The best anime for diapers that I've ever seen has been Planet ES... unlike the other space series mention... they actually show the diapers... and they look like real diapers.
