This fetish is inherently vile and repulsive to most people, better to keep all of it in one place than to force genners to spread it out to other parts of the board. That's going to piss off a lot more people than the people who chose to visit your thread.

The /delicious/ scat thread is also dead as fuck usually and not very popular for people to post in. I bet that's not only because it's a niche fetish, but because it's a pain in the ass to have to sit around manually opening all the spoiler images hoping it's good shit rather than just shit.
Anyway I think if you remake the thread IMO I think you should have more relaxed rules and rather than focusing on "being as sensitive to people who don't like it as possible" I think you should focus on making the thread inclusive and enjoyable to post in for people with the same fetish. I'm personally not very fond of the old ladies you like posting for example, but I think it would be very silly to feel that you shouldn't be allowed to post them just because I don't find them to my tastes. I personally like cute girls being degraded and humiliated and ashamed, and coprophagia and hyperscat can definitely serve that purpose. Likewise I don't really see much difference between soiling and scat smearing, I mean isn't that pretty much the same shit but with less clothes? I don't particularly like either, but I think both should be allowed regardless.
