Is the manga releasing quarterly at this point? It feels like it takes 4 months between chapters minimum. Is the mangaka dying? The romance with some hints of turning into a harem are okay for what they are but the series feels pretty shallow with the only thing going being random strong mages trying to fight them and kidnap Vermeil as the main plot. Also what even are demons? They seem to get born from normal humans, look like normal humans except with horns, but also gain massive magical power and semi-immortality with seemingly no downsides besides humans hating them.
