>be me >into Bitcoin, not altcoin scams >trying to make it in this clown world without giving my sats to some VC-backed DeFi rug >need tools that don’t suck >start compiling a list >1. mempool.space literally the best Bitcoin mempool visualizer shows fee estimates, tx propagation, block fullness, all that juicy stuff great if you're not a pleb and actually want to know what's happening on-chain >2. bitcoinqrcodemaker.com https://www.bitcoinqrcodemaker.com/ generates QR codes for Bitcoin payments zero cookies, no tracking, no bs literally just paste your BTC address and boom – QR ready for stickers, streams, or your grandma’s fridge also has an API if you're not a total techlet >3. Sparrow Wallet actually good wallet with coin control and privacy features doesn’t treat you like a toddler can run over Tor fully supports multisig ideal for people who know what the f they’re doing >4. Electrum boomer wallet but still based fast as hell scriptable with Python good if you don’t trust shiny UIs and just want raw access to the blockchain >5. KYCP.org lets you check if a BTC address is doxxed or linked to exchanges open source, no accounts perfect for seeing if your coins are tainted by some KYC cuck >6. Bitcoin CLI & Core Node not for the faint of heart but if you’re serious about sovereignty, you run a full node everything else is cope
[Expand Post]>tfw normies are still using Coinbase and sending selfies to buy fake crypto >tfw you have the tools to opt out stack. build. repeat. we’re gonna make it, lads
>>1585 running a full node is a good idea sparrow looks cool, need to try it
>>1587 do you get to collect fees of that or will it just rape your cpu for no gains
>>1591 that doesn't mean mining, running a fullnode means you're not cucked by others validating rules for you, and also contributing in this network which is important and a good thing, also increased privacy

>>1585 Use an offline QR code generator, blood. I once got rekt by a hacked web QR generator. I was buying 1 oz of OG KUSH from the darknets I pasted the vendors destination wallet address into random-qr-generator-site.com It generated a QR code I scanned and sent 0.3 btc The destination wallet address was not the vendors address It was a scammer address The qr code site was hacked/malicious I lost 0.3 btc that day. At the time it was a mild annoyance. Today it's a $30,000 mistake
>coins are tainted by some KYC cuck This is the bane of the bitshitters. Monero not affected. Monero is FUNGIBLE like money's supposed to be
>>1761 by that definition, 100% of monero coins are considered tainted since it's KYC platform that deems something tainted or not, quit the cucked cope and start to speak the truth no matter the bias
>>1912 >it's KYC platform that deems something tainted or not No KYC platforms are one of the "institutions" that can deem a taint. Bitshit coins have something called ATTRIBUTABLE HISTORY. That's the main reason why there is "TAINT" in bitshit. In Monero, you cannot attribute any use-history to the monetary units. That's there is no taint in XMR.
>>1912 I am not a "KYC platform", and I, as an individual, can "deem taint", if I can see that the bitshit sats I am getting are from a stolen stash, on an FBI/3-letter-agency/etc. watchlist addresses.
>>1982 >>1912 Not only that, bitshit being transparent is also adding it taint in the following way: let's say some "pedo artist" on the net is accepting bitshit as payments, and that he has published his bitshit address on his website (or insert any of the other questionable economic activity). Now, if the bitshit I receive from a guy is 1 hop away from that undesirable actor, then, I can have 1) moral qualms and questions 2) legal problems and headaches THIS, is taint. It is not necessarily limited to kyc institutions of coinbase/binance/etc.
Where can I buy and sell bitcoin these days without handing over my bank account on a silver platter?
