If you're in américa stop genning Anonymous 04/29/2025 (Tue) 22:45:26 No. 3221
The dumbfucks in congress just passed the Take it down act which makes it illegal to make AI porn Only 2 people didn't vote for it. Thomas Massie the dude who hates Israel said no. So good job MIGA you ruined it for everyone. Te Cruz worker with Amy Klobeshar to get the billpassed n behalf of Melania. Trump is expected to sign it into law It was agreat couple months boys but I knew the deepfake of trump and Elon at the office was them planning to push trump to back this. God speeed I wish wegot more Cailee Spaeny's
>>3221 First they came for the genners, and I did not speak up because I'm not a genner... I don't use the word "hero" very often, but people making lewd pictures of celebs are the greatest heroes in American history. OK, I'll stop now. Pack it up boys, we had a good run but it's back to appreciating this shit in private again. Or we find a non-cucked place that isn't colonized by the USA yet, but whose to say if we'll ever find each other there?
Goodbye everyone, I'll remember you all in therapy
>>3221 this isnt revenge porn
>>3253 It's "non consentual" cause using real likeness of someone. The republicucks have no spine
>>3221 It's blatantly unconstitutional, and violates free use for parody, artistic free speech, etc etc. What's next, drawings, paintings, descriptions? It would never stand up to scrutiny if anyone ever actually took it to court.
>>3259 no spine? anti-pornography shredding of the first amendment has been a core tentpole of that party for decades.
>>3265 Parodia? Porn isn't parodia
(95.16 KB 1043x301 20250430_004256.jpg)

>>3266 Ev1en the group who was advocating for it denounced the law. It's stupid and trump is a moron
>>3271 why won't someone think about of the LGBTQIA+s and the POCs
>>3270 yes, it is. check what a parody is legally
>>3259 the typical "patriot act. U r a patriot, arent u? U dont want to be a victim of terrorism, do u? So ull let us spy on your phone calls without us needing any warrants"
I'm not in America and I want americans to shut the fuck up
>>3221 PICREL is NOT revenge porn, it is parody. The illegal and unconstitutional bill confuses two entire different issues. Yes, revenge porn should be outlawed. No, AI generated pics of public figures should not be. in 1988, legal precedent firmly established that public figures (celebrities) are fair game for all forms of free speech and artistic expression, including lewd and cruel comments and imagery. That legal precedent usurps this new (illegal) bill which is blatantly unconstitutional. This new bill/law should be quickly struck down by the appellate courts and the SCOTUS. If it isn't, then that will establish that free speech and the first amendment are no longer valid and are now meaningless. In other words, next up will be the outlawing of the N-word and any other racially inflammatory word. Say "kike" in 2028 and you will get 10 years in prison. Say the N-word and you will get 20 years. Once you open the door to criminalizing free speech and first amendment rights, there is no stopping it.
>>3306 All of this. Alyssa Milano's mom famously tried to stop all of the celeb fakes 20-25 years ago and failed miserably due to that same legal precedent. This is but a bump in the road, that won't take long to clear.
>>3317 That gives me an idea for a lora request...
>>3221 you can still gen, you just can't post it. a vpn + a site hosted outside of america completely negates this anyways.
>>3327 in the end the only people it hurts are the lurkers that where nothing more than beggers. i hate when genners would give beggers attention because all it did was turn the threads into request threads and they were too stupid to see that happening. either way. keep doing what you are doing. there will always be controlling people wanting to tell you what you can do.
I am so upset!
this won't take. they can't arrest/fine us all. stand together.
>>3447 They can, in fact, fine everyone. If you're an Americuck, at least. But realistically, they're only going to have to fine some site owners, not individual posters. Pushing it underground is really all a law like this can realistically do. It's not going to stick in any case; for revenge porn it's not even that good of a law and for public figures there's the obvious free speech problems -- at the very least, for non-parodies adding an obvious disclaimer/watermark that what you're seeing isn't real ought to get around it (something which has been featured on most traditional fakes for quite a while now), because it's simply not tenable to claim a picture no reasonable person can mistake for real should be outlawed because someone doesn't like the contents. Or I mean it shouldn't be, but we'll see how it goes. It depends on whether anyone's willing to die on this hill.
It's fucking over.
Haven't seen any news about this act being enforced yet even though it was signed by Trump. What gives?
>>3578 There is a one year gap for service providers create a method to receive takedown by request. Once the year is up, the administration can start prosecution, especially in events of non-compliance.
