/r9k/ /SSG/ - Secret Santa General 2025 #1 Anonymous 11/28/2025 (Fri) 08:23:37 No. 5155
At last we're home edition QOTD: What's your favorite Christmas sidedish? >How does it work? People will post their Amazon wishlist link according to the instructions below. People who enter the thread may post their list, and it is your decision to gift who you want. ------------------- =[FAQ:]= READ THE FAQ BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS ------------------- >Does my address get shown? Your city and state, and shipping name. Refer to the instruction image below. Shipping name can be anything you want. >How will I know if something has been bought for me? Items disappear off your list after being purchased. You can also go to your list, press Filter and Sort, then select Purchased. >Will the information of the gifter be shown to the recipient? Your first name may be shown. Amazon by default doesn't share but third party items may. >Why should I gift something? I'm not gonna get anything in return! This is a different take on a Secret Santa, where anyone can gift or get from anyone. If you're feeling generous, please do consider giving back to others. >Is there a list of all the lists? Coming soon >Last year people bought stuff for others and then cancelled them to epic fucking troll us! And they did that the previous year, and the year before that too. It happens when you have amazon wishlists, it's disappointing to lose out on a gift, but the item will just go back on your list like they never screwed with you at all. >How often should I post my list? Once a day or thread depending on the speed of the general >Can I post multiple lists? No. Only 1. >The threads are too early! SS 2024: Nov 20 SS 2023: Nov 23 SS 2022: Nov 23 SS 2021: Nov 24 SS 2020: Nov 21 SS 2019: Nov 23 SS 2018: Nov 22 SS 2017: Nov 26

>>5155 >What's your favorite Christmas sidedish? I have no idea. Isn't yorkshire pudding the most common one? How are you anon https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/37RCSXFWND2KR?ref_=wl_share
>>5158 >yorkshire pudding That's only really a bri'ish thing, like party crackers. I'll be doing them despite being American, for my niece and nephews, because I played RuneScape as a kid.
>>5159 I really can't believe how quick November's gone by, three more days until it's over.

Sup all. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/78K25BOKV23Z?type=wishlist&filter=unpurchased&sort=custom&viewType=list >QOTD: What's your favorite Christmas sidedish? I'm not sure if this counts, but I used to like pumpkin roll, even though the filling had dairy, which makes me feel horrible for hours. >>5160 >I really can't believe how quick November's gone by, three more days until it's over. I feel that way about years in general. To think 2015 is 10 years ago already is wild.

I'm honored that you used my image for the OP. I'm awaiting emails from some honey producers. I already mostly trust one of them, but I could gain 2 new trusted brands. One is unique in that it comes from amish people. Amish people produce very high quality foods in general, but the other day I realized they might not store their honey in a climate-controlled facility after harvesting it due to their rejection of technology. They're in California and Pennsylvania, so the honey will get hotter than I'd like if they just store it in a barn or something. In the past they said they sent their honey to a lab to test for enzymes and had excellent results, but they may have sent freshly harvested honey rather than a jar that has been sitting in the summer heat for a few months. Even if they end up being trustworthy, their honey is still expensive. Looks like $15/lb at the cheapest, and I don't see any jars larger than 1 lb. If I get the right answers I'll probably try their honey once, and if it has a uniquely good taste or other quality I'll get more on rare occasions. That's how I treat Wee Bee Honey and White Gold Honey. They're expensive, but also the best tasting honeys I've had so far. I still haven't tried Really Raw Honey, and I need to email them too now that I think about it. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3NZL6P78KZX1O?type=wishlist&filter=unpurchased&sort=custom&viewType=list
Never been so thankful to have this bread again. Posting my list once more as it's a fresh refuge just in case of super santa. Otherwise just gift other frens they need it more than I do this year. >>5161 >QOTD: What's your favorite Christmas sidedish? For me it's a lithuanian traditional Christmas Eve snack called Kūčiukai (like small crunchy pastry/cookie pebbles with poppy seeds and leavened with yeast) but only when they're fresh/homemade. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/17QDBIGX7DH39?ref_=wl_share

Comfy times are back in business. >>5155 My dad's a France weaboo (a ouiaboo?), so my family traditionally has raclette on Christmas Eve (basically melted cheese served over potatoes and cured meats). I make fun of him for it, but the guy has good taste in food. Five-lined skink (Plestiodon fasciatus) Endemic to eastern North America. Found in moist hardwood areas near water sources. https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/36XUVGFKERA2G?sort=custom
>finally free from that absolute nightmare https://www.amazon.ca/hz/wishlist/ls/2IY7AK48TKL0E/ I don't know what's good to add and gunpla is expensive on amazon.ca, but I'm always open to recommendations for books (or toys)
I bought a google pixel tablet for myself for Black Friday and I'm hyped to test it out, since it has plenty support for de-google Android ROMs like GrapheneOS and LineageOS, also It seems Android is getting turned into a proper mobile/desktop hybrid and have Linux support so I'm looking forward to mess up with it.
finished greenie finally for wplace
>>5177 Rooting is really so much easier on Google Pixel than with other phones, Samsung I think has a literal circuit that kills your phone if you mess something up while getting a custom ROM in.
