Since Word Girl is an educational show aimed at young children Mr. Big is a very silly character. Like all of the Word Girl villains he's not actually very threatening and his plans are generally quite absurd (for example in one episode he uses mind control to make people think his terrible dinner theater is good). The more serious villains are disgusted by him. The irony is that Mr. Big is much better off than any of them. Because he's from an educational children's' show nothing that bad ever really happens to him. Word Girl and her villains are quite cordial with one another; they even sometimes encourage each other when they're feeling down. And there's no shame in losing to Word Girl all of the time. If you took her Y7 limiter off she would absolutely annihilate everyone in that room (amusingly there's some minor evidence that Word Girl was influenced by the Invincible comic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24cxRmY_qfg ). Word Girl is actually quite a fun show if you're looking for something very light and silly. It's definitely one of those kid's shows they wrote so the parents watching along wouldn't hate it.
