Yesterday was the 10th anniversary of Gwen's first comic appearance. April will be the 10th anniversary of her solo comic, which is when I fell in love with her.

In the comics she was a comic fan from the real world who got sucked into the 616 and put on a costume to avoid being a random civilian that gets blown up during a villains rampage. The MCU is doing Secret Wars soon and people assume it is to combine a bunch of their different universes into one, so you just have Gwenpool pop up after that as a big MCU fan that got sucked into the MCU. The first half of Unbelievable would be pretty easy to adapt to TV or film, with a normal girl using her meta knowledge to try and survive in the world of superheroes. The powers that she unlocks later on would be more tricky to adapt to screen, but they could always just keep her powerless having to learn to fight to survive. The real problem is everybody except her fans fucking hate Unbelievable for some reason and think she should be Deadpool-lite, constantly talking to the audience and doing Fortnite dances. The MCU would probably be even worse than the comics since they fucking hate all of Marvel comics and try rewriting everything because Hollywood writers are pretentious fags who think they are above properly adapting things.
