It's in the Outsiders section here

But to sum up
>One is the First, he fought against Vtorusha and died but got resurrected as the specter "One" you can pick as a guardian.
>Vtorusha is the Second, she transformed herself into a giant war machine avatar that's awaiting activation, look at the last of the encounters section "Vtorusha makes a gamble, deciding to build a warmachina with which she could invade The Three Pillars and directly argue her case/battle them in the metaworld."
>Aart is the Third. Tried various theories but couldn't outrun his godscript so merged with Xian. Committed suicide with the Eighth.
Bal was his twin sister, killed fighting the True Dragons. Seo, in the mentor section, is a new copy of her. Dei, the leader of Stygia is Aat's daughter looking for Bal's remains I think. Aat is also a father option, look at the end.
>Savmak is the Fourth. He was betrayed by his party and killed. Had his soul bound to a weapon that his decedents were cursed with wielding and naming himself after. See companion 6, the blind girl in that section.
>Yphont is the Fifth. She tried to help form a unified Underground Kingdom, even binding the Horde to her life so they couldn't expand further. Had a friendship with Xian. Grew disillusioned after she failed. Was killed by the Eighth.
>Tuzik is the Sixth. The one who did nothing. Favored by JNPL who swapped his Death Slot from A to B and assigned the rune Pokoy meaning he would die a peaceful death of old age. Kashtanka is his daughter in the Mentor section and is not like her father at all.
>Sarmat is the Seventh. Deliberately took bad parental figures and companions in order to manipulate fate and get them killed with bad runes. He focused on ruling the Exarchate and died of old age as a saint king. "He laughed at me when I offered him Everlasting" - SRTR. Current rulers of the Exarchate in the mother/father section are both descendants of him.
>Erginter is the Eighth. The Powerscailer, chose companions and origins that gave her the most power. Drakonid daughter of Seo, Paxxia of the Divine Dragon Realm is her daughter. "Erginter tries to kill Xian and does, but ends up possessed by him. One of them challenges the Elder Gods and their script. The Third/Eighth Outsider commits suicide."
>Charlotte is the Ninth. The Usurper, the Slayer of Gods, the inventor of Mathemagics, the One who Sunk Continents. 0^0. She needs no introduction. "0^0 is both the realized dream Vtorusha fought for, and yet what she has become is also everything Vtorusha fought against." "0^0 was lucky to escape the lifetime of Erginter by a tiny margin. Had she been born while Erginter was still around, the story could have taken a different turn."
>Katya/Keter was the Tenth. Katya forms her party, kills the Demon Lord of Dis, Pantorai the dragon (Paxxia's Father) and eventually challenges 0^0. However, she's betrayed by Nilmatrix. I'm not sure what happens but her companions are killed. I think Keter and two of her companions sided with her while Nilmatrix and Tam sided with 0^0. Tam split from Katya after the group failed, Qu'un and Borimir were presumably killed. Keter flees and goes into hiding. She's in the mentor section and ? in the companion section is her child.
>You are the Eleventh Outsider.
So to sum it up:
- One is "dead", Vtorusha is locked in a logic error, Xian is dead though Aart may still be alive in a dream somewhere, Savmak is bound in the sword his family carries, Yphont is dead, Tuzik is dead, Sarmat is dead, Erginter is dead, Charlotte is taunting you, Katya is in hiding alive and you are the next one.
