Not to be a leftist on a chan, but the rep itself is fine, so long as it's actually written well, the problem is in the fandom reaction to it. But I digress.

Damn, that's rough. On the bright side, SU is one on those fandoms that will likely never go out so there's a chance more of those two will crop up every now and again. If nothing else, I can tell if I watched SU, those two would definitely be a, if not *the* pairing I shipped so I'm giving you a "You son of a bitch!" Predator handshake in solidarity, regardless.

It's mostly about establishing a rapport on a different site; I.e twitter, bluesky, tumblr and then eventually getting a link to their private discord if you hit it off. It's about as miserable and unintuitive as you think it sounds. Yeah; covid really messed everything up, the final normie flooding of the internet. But, as bad as things are, I prefer to have the optimistic outlook. It's not as strong as it used to be, but rarepair and crackshipping will never be fully wiped out and if you just put yourself out there, you can find at least *one* other person to vibe with. (Who fucking knew we'd have TWO Lapipiearl shippers in this handful of people general?)
