In the fantasy realm of comics, women are just as brave and capable and strong as the men, fighting alongside the likes of Batman, Superman, and the Flash to protect the world from harm. >Superheroines getting defeated and/or humiliated. >Superheroines getting rescued by strapping male heroes. >Superheroines being far less capable than their male colleagues, and everyone knows it. >Chauvinism and sexism in the superhero community. >A-list superheroines getting shown-up by B and C-list heroes. Think of Wonder Woman getting rescued by someone like Arsenal or Hawkman.
