It depends on the scene, and if I'm playing alternate canon Roze, or just pure Roze. It's not the hardest thing in the world to try and alter Roze's canon to fit code geass better. At that point if he's part of the universe, it's just a matter of setting the scene up, ya know? Maybe Roze is more a guard, or part of the military, and some kind of CC breaking free of her binds scene happens and she uses her natural CC charms to lewdly escape and deal with him. Maybe? It's more she escapes and is on the run, and Roze's place is a good place to hide? It can just be pure, good old Roze just in code geass's universe. You know how CC is, right? She charms anyone who's around her, and maybe orgasms speed that up massively for the sake of a scene...
I don't think it's that hard to just yoink Roze and isekai his ass into code geass's universe either, and if it's the type of isekai where he takes the place of someone in it, some sort of play where CC is seducing someone might make for a good meeting. On that note, maybe he actually gets isekai'd in to take Lulu's place, during the series after it's gotten going, but because...well he's Roze, it's clear there's been a big change CC could pick up on. More simply, make a meeting between him and CC, but because he's...again Roze, it could be some sort of test to see if he can accept the power of geass. Piggybacking off a test, it's sorta silly, but CC literally just testing people to see if they can handle being given a geass, or the inverse like in the movies where she and Lelouch go around and try to stop geass users. So Roze has a geass through some bullshit, and she's going to steal it away, or test if he can handle it...lewdly.
I don't really think it's that hard to set something up if you really want to. CC's aloof as fuck, you could probably just drop her in Roze's house, and that really is just a simple meeting. A little hold over idea with isekai, would be the muv luv thing where Roze played a game in his world that's super close to how actual mecha pilot controls are. Basically he's really at being a mecha pilot, so she gets sent to recruit him by any means, or maybe even kill if he's already got scouted or he's too much of a wild card.
Those are just my thoughts though, I'm probably missing something, or if you're interested in playing a CC for me, maybe you have a few ideas that came to mind? I think I covered most ways a meeting could take place without being overly flexible with CC's canon
