Running /fit/izen 04/17/2025 (Thu) 04:55:37 Id: a2bc6a No. 774 >>778
Running thread since I didn't see one. >start cutting >run pace greatly improves before I've even lost one pound You can't explain it. It's magic.
You should also work on your leg muscles and core engagement it does wonders
Nice to see someone else made it here too.
>>774 (OP) Nothing rekts me more than running on a cut, walking 10km a day is okay, but running feels highly catabolic on a cut.
>>776 Yah, I'm surprised it's so quiet here. I guess everyone went to bodybuilding.com but I haven't checked.
>>780 There isn't a full board list on frontpage and the button for it is a tiny icon in top left corner.
>>780 >bodybuilding.com Bro they deleted the forum.
>>783 that's what took me so long to find it here
running sucks. it doesn't get easier, I just get faster.
>>792 my knees and back can't stand the impact. i just walk really fast. my watch says i maintain an average speed of 3.8 mpg walking.
Holy crap /fit/s not dead anymore Running in my city is such dogshit, sidewalks are tiny (where they even exist) and any dedicated "running paths" are only accessible via a highway I'm not getting a treadmill because I'm a third floor apartment, I will continue being a nuisance on the sidewalks
>>795 chad on your left bitch
>>795 >Holy crap /fit/s not dead anymore Let's not get carried away. >Runing in my city is such dogshit It's pretty terrible in mine too but thankfully I live close enough to a park that I can walk there and then run. I don't know how people tolerate waiting for walk signals during their run. You can never get in gear.
>>784 https://newmisc.com/ Their new forum
>>792 check your form if you're feeling stuck
>>802 > I don't know how people tolerate waiting for walk signals during their run. You can never get in gear Sometimes I'll autistically run around the same block once or twice until the light coincides with when I'm there
