this thread will be me trying to research and create a real cognito hazard or something as close to it as I can. I want it to be fairly compact (so at most a video like in, "The Ring") yet deliver profound and long-lasting effects when processed by the mind. Right now, I can think of a few things, like the effects of stimuli (colour pshyology, Bouba/kiki effect, infrasound ghost frequency uncanney valley effect) and actual messages/ideas like in memetics or general psychology stuff. This is all my own uneducated understanding. will think about it more and post what i thought of.

basic concept, should be harmless, mostly because i am not at that level yet but also I wouldnt post such a thing lightly. uses self reference effect for memory and attention, angular and red background for arousal/threat detection, left-right eye movement for encoding inspired by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eye_movement_desensitization_and_reprocessing words are blue which could create contrast and further attention drawing, but also calmness
