I said it before, I'll say it again, disk RNG is absolute fucking ass as a method of player retention and I will never forgive Genshin for making that shit a staple across Hoyogames. At least Hoyo seems to be learning a lesson and Genshin and Star Rail both seem to have new tools to mitigate how ASS it is, but for all the QoL Zenless has over those two games, we're still lacking the most vital QoL and it's all centered around disks and how fucking ASS they are. I hate disks.
