I like and enjoy the game, but it's apparent they did not have time to re-balance everything after throwing out the gacha, they only managed to scramble the letter system and left the balancing as it was a gacha. The game needs a lot of work in the upcoming months to actually bring down all the gacha remnants and turn the game into what it supposed to be. It just needs time.
