Apache reservation is one candidate for where the Ark is. Dulce is the funny option. Could even be under a mountain (see: Cheyenne) with its "main gate" just leading to an elevator that shuttles someone there. The No Caller ID CG tells me the Sangre de Cristo mountains are less than 100 miles from the Ark, probably way less than that if a cell tower signal is able to reach the Ark (in reality cell signals can't penetrate the ground very well but that can be safely ignored as too realistic)
