>>1367846 anomaly rolls are horrific and you truly need dedication to create a truly god build for a character. my advice is to not pay attention to that fraud's website. prioritize AP rolls over EVERYTHING else because that's what will actually improve your agent performance. atk rolls are good of course, but less valuable because a lot of shiyu/DA buffs and also your support that you should be running in every team will saturate your ATK, and that retard site does not ever take that into account
