>>621828 Watching German Dub Pokemon is what made me so confident in saying that shitty dubs are not a western problem, but rather very specifically an Anglo and US problem. It was pretty darn good. Same with the Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball. The Ranma one was kinda ass though.
