On-field stunner spams enemy until stun, swap into Attacker and drop every attack on the enemy, rinse and repeat. They'd have to give her a kit redesign to make her work now. Caesar's problem is that she's a defender, a class that's fundamentally flawed in a game like ZZZ, where people try to avoid getting hit by enemies anyway so shields are useless for most players. She was great on her release because her buffs were stronger than any of the support agents, but now her shield is pretty much useless since it gets one-shot by endgame enemies and her buff can't compete with Astra or Yuzuha. The devs would have to figure out what the fuck they actually want to do with the Defender class in the future before they give Caesar a buff.

Also Zhu and Caesar doesnt even have a HZ mod key, I guess they really wont see any buffs if they're just addressing popular units first. (i'm guessing Yixuan could be buffed soon cause the CN community are also dissing on her performance now).

My Zhu doesn't feel good at all off-element, it feels like she's genuinely tickling enemies but she's still pretty good against ether weak
