>>924061 Rocket launcher. It's a term used for PvP that means burst speed. The lower the better. The lowest RL is 2. That means that if your team is rated 2 RL and the opposing team is higher, you get to burst first. RL of 4 and above basically never gets to burst in typical circumstances because the match doesn't last that long or they get wiped out by the opposing team. This is important because the one bursting first usually wins, such as Scarlet comps. You can find the RL of your teams through various sites or sheets and the like. I think it was coined after specific Nikkes that particularly excel at burst generation. They're all or mostly rocket launcher, but not any kind of rocket launcher either, clip rocket launcher specifically such as SR Anis, Noah, Jackal... as opposed to the "bad" RL nikkes that aren't good at burst gen like Yun, SBS, Crust, etc.... This is also connected to the battery term, meaning Nikkes who excel at burst generation and are put on the team to lower the RL to as close to 2 as possible, so that the team bursts quicker. Centi, Trina, Rumani... notice they're all RL Nikkes...
