>>930139 From what I remember, s.Helm is a b2 with CDR and offers extra damage against iron-weak enemies. If you have enough CDR Nikkes to fill your 5 solo raid teams, she'll probably only be used on iron-weak raids. I don't think she's worth spending 200 tickets on unless she's your wife.
