Welp just spent all the free pulls I was given from the patch, and once again didn't pull a 5 star. For reference, I started playing in 2023 and dropped it without pulling anyone. I've been coming back repeatedly since 2024 (whenever there's a major patch, but not for everyone of them) and everytime I get fuck all pulls or gems in the mail, there's never any events to do, so I just spend the 2-4 pulls I get each update and never get a 5 star then log off. I'm now at 35 pity, I STILL have not gotten a single slimited or even standard 5 star on this account. Does this game just not have any events, or any free pulls (besides 600 gems per patch)? At this rate it'll take me a decade to get a 5 star. >>958302 Is Mona a DPS? I don't want to brick my account even further than it already is by pulling a unit I cant DPS as. >>958309 Mona uses her burst to debuff the enemy and makes them take more damage. It lasts only 6-ish seconds and she's energy reliant so she can be a little awkward to fully utilise. Mizuki relies on other characters that attack from off-field so she can swirl off of their elements. I think Mizuki's skill can be used in lieu of a sprint so you don't use as much stamina getting places. Mona has a special sprint that's faster than anyone else's (apart from maybe Varesa) but that's it

>>958309 Also, yeah there are events, they're just not on all at once. Small ones give around 400 gems and bigger ones usually a lot more. This is a game where you play near enough everyday to do dailies and events and whatnot to stockpile gems to use on a banner you like. I think they're giving 20 free pulls over the course of this update as well, just not all at once. And don't expect a 5 star until around 70-80 pity. Technically the guarantee's 90 but you're extremely unlikely to have to pull that much
