I've got $5 passes for about three games by doing this and don't feel bad about it since it's only $15 a month. I get dolphins in these kinds of games but not whales, they're a bit nuts to me.

I do buy monthlies if I enjoy the game because I'm paying for skins and just getting extra pulls as a bonus. I don't buy paid selectors in games like BA and R1999 because there is no point in getting gacha characters if I'm not gambling, I do buy GSSRs in FGO because there is gambling even if I pick pools where I like every character. If I really like a game and have been enjoying it for a while I may buy some packs to show support for something I was otherwise enjoying free of charge.

Not much but I'm starting to bounce on it (not because of quality necessarily the content is just too repetitive). Most of the gachas I have played I never feel bad about daily login bonus subs if they exist, but always regret anything other than that.
