>Hercules as Grand Berserker was really stupid.
No, it made sense since Hercules is one of mythology's quintessential heroes and he fits the archetype of the "berserker."
>It's his worst class
According to whom? Nasu? As if Nasu's word means anything. We only see Hercules as a Berserker, so therefore his strongest class is Berserker.
>inb4 strange/fate
Strange/Fate is dogshit, and it wasn't written by Nasu.
>he should have been Grand Archer
Hercules isn't really known for being an archer as opposed to being a wrestler or swordsman.
>inb4 but Nasu said his bow was the strongest or something
Again, unless Nasu actually gives Herc a bow in a Nasu-written work, then Herc doesn't have any bow. If Gil hadn't been in Fate, would people say stuff like "dude Gilgamesh should be the Grand Archer because of his Gate of Babylon and Ea"? No they wouldn't because that would be a bizarre thing to say, since Nasu writing Gil into the story with those powers is what gives Gil (relative) legitimacy as the Grand Archer. Nasu has NOT actually depicted Herc as a skilled Archer, and outside of the "muh Archer Herc" meme Hercules is not particularly known as an archer, at least compared to many other archery-focused heroes, therefore making Herc the Grand Archer would essentially be an asspull.
Gilgamesh's love-hate relationship with humanity would fit a Beast better than a Grand servant.
Maybe, if anything Nasu should've combined young and old Gil together to make Grand Archer Gilgamesh, that way it'd make a bit more sense. Also isn't young Gil the one who does that "ark of the stars" stuff in Extra? That's pretty pro-humanity, but idk since I never played those games.
Anyways you're a faggot gaylord.
