No artifacting, ghosting or anything. I'd suggest you borrow a GPU or bring that GPU to a friend and test it if the same issue persists. You might have a dying or pretty much dead GPU on your hand but it could also be a PSU problem where it's already aging bad and the 12v isn't supplying properly to the MOBO hence the black screens due to sudden power cuts.
