Ended up leaving the tactical simulacra event for the last moment and just breezed through it. Tune break is so easy to do and so rewarding if you're even mildly competent or even just have a character with long active attacks like Cammy or Carty. I'm afraid they might just jack up HP values even more because of that. Either that or they make the mistune buildup really slow outside counterattacks specifically. I'm afraid that it'll be a difficult balancing act for whatever it is they intend for the mechanic to accomplish.
