Posting my anti Yorktown setup with gear this time, in case anyone's looking for some inspiration. I do have maxed out fleet teach, but not sure if that's needed for this specific fight. So I ran half a dozen more lvl 15 simulations just to be sure, and these guys kill the boss no problem and survive with pretty much full HP.
