The flower has the following checklist:
-You need a way to apply 3 buffs to your team. This causes each attack to give +2% vuln to the boss permanently, stacking up to 15 times. This more or less works itself out on the generic teams and you can toss Cheeta into a cope team if you don't have the units.
-You need a way to kill the boss's adds (spawned on turns 3, 5, and 7) to get a +10% attack buff. If you don't kill the adds, they start debuffing units with a -20% attack debuff. Even if modkey WA can compete with 416, this mechanic makes 416 the only unit worth borrowing (again), unless they make the boss weak to ice or some shit, I guess.
-Having a cleanse (Suomi, Cheeta, Stechkin, G36) is useful because it grants a stacking +5% defense penetration buff. Fitting this into WA and Peritya's team is easy. Fitting this into Vector's team is tricky; though, V2Vector does cleanse the party. The typical set up is Sharkry, Vector, QJ, Filler, borrow 416. If that filler unit is a team cleanse, then QJ is never hitting more than 4 support attacks per turn, rendering much of Vector's passive moot.
-Ppsh is useful again, though to a lesser extent, since the flower boss only stacks -20% defense per 3 targets.
tl;dr you probably still borrow Klukai.
