So Hong Lu's kit kind of inspired me to make my idea of what a Myo ID might look like (naturally no numbers involved)
Mostly based around her passives, instead of getting haste from losing HP, she gets it from getting charge potency. Her evade gives her haste which lets her passive give her attack power to win clashes. Her s1 and 2 build charge while the s3 spends it, just like how Rcorp worked in Ruina.
IF you meet all the conditionals for her s3, she essentially ceases to be an Ammo ID and gets a big power boost, substitutes all her ammo conditionals for charge count ones (and thus becomes a charge hog) but in turn her charge potency goes through the roof, giving her more haste every turn and thus functionally more attack power up. Also her s2 goes from bullet spraying a bunch of enemies into a single target nuke.
My Id behind it is that her S1 is an aimed shot, her s2 is her just spray and praying, and her s3 is when she goes completely serious gets her dual knife sprite change. While she has ammo she's really good at spreading bleed count, when she goes feral mode she's better at applying lots of bleed to one target. Even her mass attack s3 deals more damage to her main target similar to how it worked in Ruina.
So basically
Pre-Feral Mode
s1 charge positive, s2 charge positive, s3 charge negative
post-Feral mode
s1 charge positive, s2 charge negative, s3 charge neutral
Also feral mode give charge POTENCY for remaining ammo, not count, in case that's confusing. Also mechanics for more clear reload mechanics and a team buff for the ammo IDs amongst Rcorp in the form of giving everyone extra mags which exhaust and reload the ID when they reach 0 ammo. I went a bit redundant on the card to make it clear how it works.
If Don Quixote runs out of ammo, her s1 cancels, and her s2 becomes a 3 coin. She doesn't get to keep using coins like Hong Lu unless she goes Feral Mode.
If you have any feedback, hate, or whatever, let me know. but it should have been Ryo! No, I don't see Ryo acting like a Fixer fangirl, Don Quixote fits in personality much better
