Does stringmaster live up to the hype? I'm considering pulling it right now, eventually for frog but currently for the woolie warrior. We know nothing about frog's sig or kit. On one hand frog's sig might not give crit rate, which could make it barely better than stringmaster depending on build quality but way less useful on other characters. On the other hand, she might end up being like brant where she has to itemize into a weird stat that is only provided in high enough amounts from her weapon. Should I pick it up or hold my pulls?
