Her current kit states she's an off-fielder, and specifically an Aftershock.
She gains her gauge using EX and her off-field attacks, and when her gauge is full enough, she'll automatically launch a unique attack that is categorized as a Chain Attack if she's off-field OR if you do the entirety of her Dash Attack,
Using that attack spends her gauge, activates her buff, and gives you a unique Quick Assist prompt, that you can activate for her to do her BA4 as an Aftershock without having you switch your on-field agent.
Her numbers are currently all over the place.
Her Core Skill buff is very weak.
Her baseline Impact is significantly lower that that of other stunners (118 vs 131~137), meaning less scaling from Shockstar, new disc set, W-Engine, and Impact #6.
She gets extra flat Impact from her Core Skill: 24 baseline, and then some extra for getting her attack above 2800, maxing out at 36 extra Impact at 3400 ATK, so 60 Impact total.
Accounting for everything that happens in-combat, that puts her in-combat Impact considerably lower than that of Lighter's or Qingyi. Trigger's is probably lower than Jufufu's, but Trigger has a very big Daze% increase to compensate for that.
I'd think the idea is that Jufufu can get Impact without having to actually gear up for it (i.e. build her as a DPS), but her W-Engine is a 18% Impact one.
Her only standout feature so far is that she seems to require pretty much zero on-field presence, unless her off-field Chain Attack removes the pot from the field, I guess?
I thought that her MVs were higher than Trigger's, so maybe she was leaning into the role of a sub-DPS more, but looking at them closer - no, not really? The pseudo-Chain hits pretty hard for an off-field attack, and so would her off-field BA4, but you gotta build that up.
The pot attacks seem to be very close to Trigger's MVs.
I think there will be considerable changes to her kit before she's released, but we'll see.
