Yes, if you're running the game at, say, 80 FPS and try recording at 60, the video will look like you're having frame pacing issues.
Nvidia has some sort of a proprietary bullshit algorithm

Now make a wild guess what will give you more damage total.
I'll help you out. The """"""""""45%"""""""""" (not how it works) split "amongst the whole team" if we take
>>320135 again and pretend that no one there aside from Anby has any buffs, any Resonia, nothing, will net you
5.7% increase from boosting Pulchra's and Trigger's damage by 15% (raw, not how it works, because they all have other sources of DMG% active, such as Pulchra's own 30% DMG buff).
You said Anby's DMG was at 100%, so boosting it 15% is 7.5% increase while boosting it 24% is a 12% one, so you are within 1.2% of that already (with our retarded math) and Proto Punk is incapable of covering the last ~5 seconds of stun window for most enemies, while Astral covers them for free.
Now let's face the uncomfortable fact that when you're running Trigger + Pulchra, you have two backward QAs, so Astral does in fact buff two agents, and if we continuing to pretend that this math makes sense, buffing Trigger's damage by 24% will give us 5.52% more right there, which brings us to 4.32% more absolute damage for the team on top of it having higher coverage.
AND you are swapping a useless 2x set on Pulchra for a 10% ATK one, which because of the insane and very impactful damage she does will boost your total damage by like sevenfold I bet.
But feel free to deal less damage, making the game more challenging for yourself is pretty cool, I respect that.
