Yes.
The pic related is from Deadly Assault solo run against Pompey.
Performance points were given for triggering Anomaly, S11 + Rocketboo can only trigger Burn.
150 points per activation, 1050 total means there were 7 burns in that run.
The run is three minutes, i.e. 180 seconds.
Burn lasts 10 seconds, Inferno Metal lingers for 8 seconds after the burn is over, so every burn is 18 seconds worth of Inferno Metal uptime.
Across 7 burns that's 126 seconds of Inferno Metal uptime, as solo S11 can't really overlap burns.
126 seconds is precisely 70% of 180 seconds, i.e. 70% uptime across the entire run.
That's given the silly time-wasting thing Pompey does, and the fact solo S11 has harder time activating her M1 and doesn't have access to double Chain Attack, which builds up a considerable amount of Anomaly.
Basically, even if you run S11/Nicole/Astra, it's highly debatable if Woodpecker is an acceptable alternative to Inferno Metal.
IM's uptime is only ever an issue in Shiyu and Tower.
In Shiyu, not benefitting from a Drive Disc set effect for the first ~10 seconds can be a very big deal when your entire run is something like 50~60 seconds.
For that purpose, something like Hormone Punk can work observably better in specifically Shiyu, given it will help with the first wave clear, while Inferno Metal at best will activate at the very end of that wave.
But Hormone Punk has terrible long-term value - Inferno Metal outperforms it with just 45% uptime.
On top of that, HP is only ever a consideration if you aren't running The Brimstone, because if you do - HP restricting your burst window will not outperform keeping it more distributed so you can keep The Brimstone at higher stacks.
i.e. HP works rather well with Nocturne S11 and that's about it.
