Meebs is capable of dumping pure DMG slightly faster then Shifu mostly thanks to her charged basic. But Shifu has easier grouping, and less downtime between big bursts of DMG. To me what makes them both "Voidhunters" is the versatility and solo-ablity in their kits, both have DMG, AoE, groupings, abilites that allow avoiding damage and repositioning, huge burstablity. I'd say the only things one has that the other is the raw nuclear damage of Miyabi's fully charged Shimotsuki, and Yixuans instant on command dodge/Parry with her EX+HP redistribution with her ult. I have no opinion for comparing their m0s however, as I never played m0 Yixuan and it's been 6 months since I played Miyabi at m0.
