You seem to be getting 26.67% increase in both Damage and Daze you get from him by leveling him (or probably any Boo) up, regardless of what card you're getting with him.
Anomaly Buildup doesn't scale with levels
Just from the stats alone, Robin seems to be crazy good actually.
His baseline multipliers are slightly different from Rocketboo's (who's a very solid baseline Bangboo IMO) but in a good way.
Accounting for ability cooldown differences:
>Hearts (Damage card)
Very slightly higher Damage multiplier on top of his ATK being slightly higher, but Daze and Anomaly Buildup are quite a bit lower.
>Spades (Daze card)
Very slightly higher Daze multiplier on top of his Impact being considerably (whopping 18%!) better. Damage and Anomaly are worse.
>Crowns (Anomaly card)
Slightly higher Anomaly buildup. Damage and Anomaly are worse.
So, as you can see, on average Robin's attacks are baseline worse than the ones from Rocketboo, but they are also always better when used for a specific purpose, and that's what his Additional Ability encourages.
And, speaking of his Additional Ability, it's absolutely ridiculous.
All of the above was very much
not accounting for the AA.
So, the 45% DMG you'd get for your Hearts will, in fact, put Robin's average damage to about 150% of Rocketboo's, if that's the card you're getting.
And because AA
also scales with extra stars he gets (on top of the baseline multiplier improvements you get), going from level 60 1* to level 60 5* is actually almost a 66% damage increase.
That's pretty goddamn massive.
The story is similar for the other two cards as well. Their baseline stats are already great for their respective purpose, and they get dramatically better when you upgrade him.
So, the tl;dr if you are running him with someone from Mockingbird and are actually playing around his cards, he's probably one of the best Bangboos to max out, as his scaling is just silly.
