How do I tell myself that appeals won't reduce/overturn the case? Hulk would have to prove that the payment is the actual damages… I want Gawker to die. How do I tell myself it will? Will it? I mean, when they leaked his ancient phone conversation they killed his career. The sex tape seems tertiary to that.
