They have a warped and arbitrary view of context somehow making images illegal depending on where they are, as though instagram pictures posted on this board become illegal but CP posted on a board for cameras and photography wouldn't be. They of course wouldn't allow the latter because there's no consistency in their position but that just speaks to how nonsensical it is. Don't get me wrong though context does matter when it comes to the law but only the context in which the pictures were taken which is why you can for example find images of brooke shields naked as a child legally hosted all over the internet because she took part in photoshoots like woman in the child or movies like pretty baby that had enough of a facade of artistry to avoid being considered pornography.
