seeing as most goondas and many uncles are strongfat rather than leanstrong i am confused about my aims strongfats have things going for them because they have volume to intimidate people being lean without roids doesn't give you enough volume to make people notice your awesome body unless you take off your shirt. but the stamina and agility you get from being lean, is absolutely ABSOLUTELY unparalleled and even losing half a kilo of fat results in a dramatic increase. owing to my anger of shopkeepers and fantasies of punching the shit out of one, i am on my way to be strongfat (from skinnyfat) will be completely strongfat in another few months' time. i will have to make a decision then, to cut or not to cut. what do anons think?

They'll just flail their arms and lift their feet to land kicks which will easily throw them off balance. Talking about balance judo is a great way to learn to maintain good balance while fighting. Ronda rousey is trained in judo too. Also makachev is really good with using body weight and balance to his advantage. Also it's so badass when you bring down your opponent without landing any blows.

It also does no damage and completely removes the threat, pretty badass desu

Once you've the foundation laid out, then decide if you want to focus on hypertrophy or strength. You can be the eternal bulker or run cycles or eat at maintenance. Also, even if you choose to focus on either hypertrophy or strength, don't worry about the other, because they both go hand in hand.
