I'm glad you like it!
>Why is that?
I don't actually remember how to spoiler tag, so I hope this works.
[spoiler]To his credit, Arawn's a badass. We are introduced to him as the Dark Lord, and he's used his powers as the Dark Lord to kill any enemies.
Why is he a fraud in my opinion, you ask? Because I don't think he earned the powers of the Dark Lord on his own merit. He didn't earn it. Let's go back to his birth. Basically there's an amazon named Siamh married to a warrior named Dag, and they have two kids, Math and Kern. Then Bran, this total dipshit, comes along. They welcome him. He forges them the Cauldron of Blood, but he kills Dag in his sleep and rapes Siamh. Edgy. Anyways, this conceives Arawn and Engus.
The Cauldron of Blood is important. It can do all sorts of stuff. Teleportation, regenerating body parts, summoning demons to do your bidding, divination, empowering you to the level of a demigod, it's got it all. But you have
to feed it human sacrifice and it's ultimately a demon who's out for itself at the end of the day. Also it shows favoritism towards the Sons of Bran.
Going back to our protagonists, they grow up, get magical relics, and become warriors who travel to different kingdoms and take them over. Arawn gets the cauldron. It also gives him Bran's black blade, which was used to kill Dag.
The Black Blade is unbreakable and cannot be used to harm its owner, according to the Cauldron.
He invites the whole family over to his kingdom (Wales) so they can have a party. But Math
is an asshole who wants the Cauldron, so he takes Arawn's pregnant wife hostage. War happens. Nobody important dies but Arawn loses his wife to Math and his cauldron to Kern. Engus was on his side but thinks Arawn is a loser for giving
him up and privately disowns him. Arawn slips into depression.
Remember, all this time, they're feeding people to the Cauldron.
Later, Arawn gets out of his slump because he learns Math killed his wife and son. He prays to the Morrigan and raises an undead army. At the same time, Kern and Engus enter an alliance, but it's really an excuse for Kern to backstab Engus and shove him into the Cauldron (the Cauldron said to do this). However, the Cauldron makes Engus a living god instead of eating him and Kern dies. Engus now has a legion of demons provided by the Cauldron and decides to become
a god and take everything over. He fights Arawn. The Cauldron sets up a duel and has each pick the other's weapons. Arawn gives Engus the Black Blade. They duel, but Arawn dies because the Cauldron undoes the enchantment preventing
the Black Blade from harming its owner. Arawn is DEAD. Kern is DEAD. Math is GOING NUTS. Engus is the GOD.
Remember, they're feeding the Cauldron loads of people daily. It's like the Cauldron is the Emperor gobbling up Psykers to maintain the Astronomicon at this point.
But then the Cauldron has Arawn's servant Ned dump Arawn's body in there and makes a deal with Arawn. The Cauldron resurrects Arawn, but takes over the body. The Cauldron's in the driver's seat and has eaten so many people that it's
practically a god now. So it ditches and kills Engus. Math is dead too but that's not important. The Cauldron is now a god, but Siamh calls the Morrigan to fight it. The Morrigan almost wins but is eaten by the Cauldron-god at the last
moment. The rest of the gods descend to fight the Cauldron in Arawn's body, but it's too strong. It kills another god, but dies because Ned wrecks the actual Cauldron.
So, at this point, all the brothers are dead except for Arawn. But he died too, and is only the winner because the Cauldron carried him and died. That's why I think Arawn is a fraud. He didn't earn his victory. All he does
now is mope and tell his story to Ned's still-living, decapitated head. He's the Dark Lord, but all he can do now is stew in anger, explain things to Ned, torture his brothers (they've all been resurrected), and go "Ned! Shut up!
You're ruining my story!!!!"
I kind of feel sorry for him.

Yes, I'd agree with that. I'd add that Arawn was born without a dick but the Cauldron gave him one. Also, Siamh is such a terrible parent that she throws him to the wilderness for not being born with a penis and he is raised a wolf. Who Math later murders because Math is a terrible person who wants the Cauldron.

In Reed's defense, this is not 616 Reed, but the Reed of the original Marvel Zombies Earth, Earth-2149. And yes, as the other anon says, it is a time loop between two universes, Earth-2149 and Earth-91126. TLDR 91126 Sentry starts the thing on 2149, and later some jerk decides to teleport the last 2149 zombies (who had beaten their hunger!) to 91126, which causes them to relapse. You could probably stop the entire cycle by kicking Malcom Cortez in the balls and stopping him from taking over New Wakanda.

Also, the zombies of -2149 have made attempts to invade Earth-616 and Earth-1610, but neither of those succeeded.
There is a jump for this.
