Welcome to /loli/ Anonymous Board owner 05/14/2020 (Thu) 04:14:51 No. 13
We're back in business, baby! /loli/ is a board dedicated to cute anime lolis of all ages, from the typical schoolgirl to the oldest of lolibabas. Please read the rules before you post. >1 : No pedoshit, 3DPD, or BLACKED >2 : All images and CG must be anime/cartoon style. No photorealistic or traced content allowed. >3 : Irredeemable content including, but not limited to: Scat, Farting, Burping, Guro, Vore, Snuff, Hyper, et cetera must be contained to any thread designated for such content, and must be spoilered >4 : Contentious content including, but not limited to: Totcon*, Furshit, Futa, Pegging, NTR, Bestiality, Severe Bodily Deformation, Ryona, et cetera must be spoilered outside threads designated for such content >5 : OP may set personal thread rules to be enforced at the moderation's discretion, but all threads must be about loli >6 : Keep a standard of quality by refraining from low effort/no content threads and posts such as "bumping", incredibly poorly drawn art outside of a drawthread, and keep unpolished AI art to an AI thread. This isn't /delicious/ >7 : Do not make duplicate threads before a thread hits the bump limit. >8 : Do not namefag excessively and without good cause >9 : Do not link sites hiding content behind account creation that are not whitelisted, or private chat groups whatsoever About Rule 1: Given the nature of the board some content referencing pedophilia is inevitable. It may now and then show up within hentai itself. Content explicitly mentioning pedophilia is not banned as that would mean banning a bunch of otherwise regular hentai. However, MAP flags, pedo edits, anything encouraging or discussing real pedophilia such as pedo self-hypno, and anything arguing against the 2D/3D barrier will be banned. CAT (Cuteness Appreciation Thread) and /cun/ general threads are blacklisted due to a history of violating rule 1. About Rule 1: No dominant black males. None. No black supremacist porn. If you want to see African men fucking white lolis, black lolis, kemololis, robololis, or just jacking off to lolis, you can go somewhere else. If you want to request a bleaching edit, please spoiler the original, or preferably link it. About Rule 2: If it looks too real from a thumbnail, it's out, and realistic stuff should be discouraged regardless and taken to >>>/delicious/ instead. No threads dedicated to it, and no mass dumping. Additionally, DO NOT POST THE FOLLOWING CHARACTER MODELS: >Sherry Birkin (Resident Evil 2: Remake) >Natalia Korda (Resident Evil: Revelations 2) >Alice Williams (Detroit: Become Human) >Emma Phillips (Detroit: Become Human) The faces of these character models are rotoscoped from real children, making them against global rules. They will be deleted with zero tolerance. About Rule 3: This does not apply retroactively for deletion of content outside designated threads from before it's implementation on October 14th, 2024, however such files may be spoilered. *About Rule 4: Totcon is banned sitewide as of roughly May 5th, 2025. Globals may delete it freely, but I will not be enforcing this rule, come what may. About Rule 8: This is more of a soft rule, but anyone who pushes the rule will get their named banned. If someone intentionally tries to get names banned, that's too bad, and if such a pattern continues the name field may be disabled, though I prefer to keep it enabled to out retards. Banned Names: Peter Mullin, Nonny About Rule 9: This means no Session, no Dicksword, et cetera. I do not have time to verify all links to prevent illegal activity. Obviously some links are safe, even if I can't see what's on their sites immediately, so a whitelist will be displayed here, and anons may suggest more sites, which I will add at my personal discretion. Whitelisted Sites: ATF, LoliconHeaven, The Panda, Skeb, Pixiv, Fantia, Fanbox, Gaytreon About Enforcement: Breaking rule 1 will likely result in an immediate ban, but all other rule violations get warnings escalating to bans depending on repetition and severity of violations. This will double as a meta thread, so feel free to ask me any questions or make suggestions here. Or just have some general discussion. While /loli/ is primarily an eastern/anime loli board, western content is permitted, so long as quality is kept up per rule 6. For western-focused tastes strongly favoring on-model art and edits of western source material, >>>/delicious/ is a more favorable board. As /delicious/ is currently out of commission, feel free to post western content here as well. When trouble is brewing, it's better to work together. WE'RE BACK ON THE CLEARNET, BABY! Don't forget, you can only access the loli/shota boards through the board list or crossboard links, such as: >>>/delicious/ >>>/sm/ >>>/ss/ >>>/tot/ If the board's ever taken off the clearnet again, you can still access /loli/ through tor or the tor clearnet mirror. https://redchannit.net/loli/
[Expand Post] Take it easy and happy fapping! As of October 14th, 2024, board is under new management. Will update rules and meta OP soon. This is prompted by the previous BO repeatedly letting the board go to claims over the past couple years. I've tried to claim the board several times, and usually Inaba will respond to administration attempts to contact him, moderate the board for maybe 2 weeks, and then abandon it again, effectively squatting the board. This time however he's gone MIA for too long. It took two months from my initial claim attempt. So now I've taken over. I run /h/ as well. October 14th, 2024: Updated rules. See old rules here >>7061 for clarity. Yes, the original rule 1 is gone now. No, global rules still apply and always will. The rule was removed for redundancy. October 19th, 2024: Fixed numbering typo. October 25th, 2024: Added semi-rules explaining minor moderation activities. Combined rules 1 and 2, shifting all other rules down a number. Added the loli requirement to general thread rules, if it wasn't obvious enough already. Added enforcement explanation which softens moderation behavior. Removed part of the quality rule in light of this. See old rules here >>7208 for clarity. ~HAPPY ANNIVERSARY~ October 29th, 2024: Western art guideline revised to be less strict. December 17th, 2024: Added poor AI containment to rule 6. March 15th, 2025: Added banned 3DPD list to the explanation of rule 2 in accordance global rules. April 6th, 2025: Added drawthread exemption to rule 6. Old rules for transparency here >>8134 April 16th, 2025: Added no bumping to rule 6 in light of the cuckchan exodus. Old rules for transparency here >>8203 April 22nd, 2025: Added rules 7 & 8 about duplicate threads and namefaggery courtesy of Peter Mullin. Updated some text formatting for the OP. Old rules for transparency here >>8333 April 24th, 2025: Added rule 9 about links and created the rule 9 whitelist in response to reports of illegal activity from /b/ and global moderation, courtesy of /cun/. Old rules for transparency here >>8393 April 27th, 2025: Added CAT and /cun/ threads to a rule 1 blacklist, courtesy of /cun/. Old rules here >>8500 May 2nd, 2025: Semi-rules removed and combined into rule 6 about quality standards to remove redundancy. Nonny added to the banned names list. May 5th, 2025: Added an about rule 4 to address the totcon issue. Old rules here >>8612

>>8561 Got another report. Please just post these things on /site/. I'm not a global in any capacity, and all reporting to me will do is result in me reposting your report to /site/.
>>8579 Also, ultimately, the site complies with legal takedown requests on the basis of obscenity in the USA. That pretty much means anything on this and many other boards is "legal" until it's reported to the right cunts, and I expect Acid is treating the laws of other countries he's hosting in the same. It's all fine until it isn't.
>>8580 so my reason for reporting instead of posting is kinda moot anyway, so: fwiw, i did also inform admins/globals about this potential problem, but got no response, that's why i went to you and other bos of similar boards. admins are playing a dangerous game with their hosting strategy - if they choose the wrong country, it just takes one fag to report the site to the wrong place and it's game over. idk, maybe i'm just paranoid about this, but imo when it comes to shit like this, you can't be too careful. admins should at least be transparent about how they are making sure they comply with the laws of their hosting countries, how they protect their users' data in case of a breach (whether because of a law enforcement investigation or otherwise) and inform them if such a breach happens (or if they have reasons to suspect it did). so far, they've mainly talked about "deplatforming" when it comes to this, but seem to completely ignore what this "deplatforming" could entail in practice not just for a single domain or server, but for the site as a whole and its users. shit, i'm not even that worried about myself since i'm a torfag and anyway loli is perfectly legal where i live, but how many people bareback this site while living in a country where it isn't, perhaps not knowing their laws or just trusting that they are secure because 8chan admins wouldn't be so stupid as to choose a hosting countries where one of their main types of content is treated the same as literal child abuse material? idk, maybe you could say it's the users own fault for breaking their countries laws while not practicing basic opsec but it just doesn't sit right with me to actively putting them in harms way by making obviously bad decisions - i mean, you read about the *massive* fucking risk it is to host .se in south africa. last time it was up, before the germans shut it down, it lasted for what, 5 hours? and don't you think the germans also talk to the south africans? according to the inhope report loli is also illegal in germany, and you can be damn sure they know how widespread it is on here, they went after the site before, after all. if admins actually go through with this i'll give it a week tops if they choose to go through with this before shit hits the fan. oh and btw re: the whole ukraine question, it seems maybe it is a bit more complicated than "loli = cp" or "loli legal" - the detailled section on the country is confusing because it says digitally generated pictures aren't illegal but drawn depictions are, which is obviously contradictory. also they apparently ban "propaganda of pedophilia", but if i read this correctly that's according to their law on media, not criminal law, so maybe that's what loli falls under, not actual cp? their criminal law says that cp includes "real and simulated depictions", but "simulated" is a vague term that *could* include loli but maybe only realistic pictures? but then why wouldn't it include digitally generated pics as well? just makes no sense to me, but i'm neither ukrainian nor a legal expert, so idk. idk if that's even relevant, since we don't even know what happened with .se's servers (people have been asking that on /site/, but were ignored).
>>8585 I share your concerns, but there's nothing I can do about them. I was very vocal about the obscenity takedowns, and this could be a degree worse, but based on how Acid responded to my concerns about obscenity takedowns, he plans to continue to have legal security purely through obscurity on the subject. I decided to stick around here in the first place because the systems are closest to OG 8chan, and this site seemed to have taken great pains to be deplatform proof. But now, I doubt the strength of the latter. It seems deplatforming precautions only go so far as having emergency backups, strong hosts, anti-DDOS measures, and an onion site. Now that's a lot, a lot more than most other places, but ensuring material on the site is legally protected seems like a key point in any deplatforming armor. It feels like a massive hole just waiting for someone to start fucking it six ways to Sunday.
>>8586 shit there must be something you can do - stage a boycott, shut your board down until admins take this seriously (to protect your users as well), get other bos on board as well, spam acid with emails idk - as a bo there's at least more you can do than i can
>>8538 Well that just sucks, so I guess every average /tot/ posting is lost forever and will now have to be merged here
>>8587 Only top boards would be able to pull off a boycott, and then, only the non-cuckchan ones, which basically means /v/, which basically means Mark, which definitely isn't happening. And I don't think it would accomplish much besides torpedoing the site sooner rather than later. It's not like this is an easy issue to solve. I've stated before, somewhere I forget, you'd need a war chest to fight legal battles if you really wanted to support the material of this and other boards being on this site. The administration would not be able to afford it, and nobody is going to donate to them out of rightful suspicion after being burned by shit like Infinity Next.
>>8589 > I've stated before, somewhere I forget, you'd need a war chest to fight legal battles if you really wanted to support the material of this and other boards being on this site. i mean that's true, but there's also some steps you could take to avoid having to fight legal battles in the first place, like doing some basic research before deciding on a hosting location, which the admins seem to be to incompetent to do. i remember acid talking about the changing laws when it comes to ai/loli stuff and complaining that there's no handy overview about the legality in different countries, while it took me 5 minutes of research to find the inhope report, which is exactly the handy overview he needed. of course, when i sent it to him, he ignored it. finding an english translation of the ukrainian criminal code was also literally a matter of seconds. point is, he could have had all the necessary information beforehand, and if he did, he should have reasonably decided that hosting in ukraine is too risky - and guess what, eventually ukrainians did pull the plug. and now it seems he's pulling the same shit in south africa again, even though the legislation there is actually very clear on the contents of this site not being allowed, and also having mandatory reporting laws for hosts/site owners, and despite this time being actually warned beforehand. and in cases like that i'm not sure that there would even be any legal battles that could be fought - it's also very possible that if ukrainian/south african/whichever country's police caught wind of this site they would just hand the host a seizure order and an nda, and then they would own the server(s) in question and there'd be nothing acid or anyone could do about it. if acid actually goes through with the south african host, it would maybe be wise to treat .se as already compromised and act accordingly. shit maybe .moe as well, since it also had a node with the same south african host at least for a week or so, while there probably already was law enforcement attention on the site, with the whole obscenity legal threat thing, the germans lashing out (which i don't believe only started in the few hours that .se was up again) and god knows what else. like he was talking about >200 abuse reports to his hosts during this time, do you really believe that none of those also went to law enforcement? seems unlikely to me. sorry for rambling like this, i know you can't directly influence the admins' decisions, but it's just frustrating and concerning. just please, spread the word to other bos, talk to your users, keep pestering the admins, you are in a much better position to actually achieve *something* than a random anon like me.
Remove /tot/ add /hgg/
>>8591 I will remove /tot/. Totally forgot it was there, and it's been there since before I got the board. /hgg/ though barely exists here and is dead with 9 or so threads. The real /hgg/, that was still active before the recent exodus, is on ProLikeWoah. I do notice that 8/hgg/ is not currently abandoned though, and will consider adding it if you're the BO and plan to bring activity to the board.
>>8593 Working on it. PLW is a poorly maintained site.
>>8594 >PLW is a poorly maintained site. I'm pretty sure the admins have abandoned it, but in spite of this, some local moderation and a bunch of users continue to stick around there. You can encourage them to come to your board, but most regulars on the webring sites are adamantly anti-8moe due to the /hebe/ debacle. I'll add /hgg/ to the related boards list. You should add /loli/ and /h/ to a related boards list on /hgg/. Assuming you are the BO, since without you capcoding on your board I have no way of knowing. You can also add my account xXxHeadxXx as a volunteer if you want. I wouldn't mind voling for /hgg/ and regularly used PLW/hgg/. Haven't touched h-games in a while though because of my huge backlog of non-h games. Also, and though PLW users might hate this, you could contact Acid about migrating threads from there that you want to continue.
>>8590 >>8589 >>8588 >>8587 >>8586 >>8585 >>8580 Acid's word on the subject >>>/site/13858 is that it's just some weird internet traffic routing, but he won't elaborate on every detail of the site infrastructure for OPSEC purposes. This alleviates some concerns about hosting legality, but not all of them, because the core issue of bending to obscenity takedown requests still exists. Everything said about US law still applies.
>>8610 Acid has made a clearer statement on the subject. >>>/site/13861 I will update the rules accordingly. Totcon is now banned sitewide. I don't except this board to last many more years with this slippery slope. I'm not going to dig through the entire board to find old totcon either, but if it's reported, I'll be obligated to take care of it under global rules. Fuck. No. I refuse. I will not partake in censorship based on obscenity. If I get my boards taken away, so be it. The globals can delete any totcon they find if it's really an issue. I can't believe I almost said that. Jesus fucking Christ.

old ruurs. Relevant post >>>/site/13861 https://archive.is/lJZr2#q13861 Archive, as the thread the post is in is cyclical.

Its joever
>>8611 Wow... Kind of amazing that now cuckchan will host something that 8ch wont- and not in a good way.
>>8629 Since when is cuckchan pro-totcon? Don't they have an inconsistently enforced rule to ban all loli outside of /b/ and then ban it on /b/ sometimes anyways?
>>8614 It is depressing. I will probably be less actively posting and maybe giving my boards away if I lose all motivation with time.
>>8631 I would suggest trying to find a bunker or outright moving the board to another imageboard.
>>8632 I don't have that much investment in it. I took over the board because the previous BO neglected it for months on end and repeatedly let it go to claims, only to show up whenever someone tried to claim the board so he could continue squatting it. So I tried claiming it a few times until he stopped showing up so I could clean up the spam and ban niggers.
>>8630 On the loli threads, you'll be able to post totcon without catching any bans- unless a mod is being particularly faggy that day. Granted it has been a while since I've used the site, things may have changed. /tot/ was pretty much dead, and there were definitely some glowniggers or other faggots trying to get it banned off the site, so it's not like it's loss is that crippling tbh- the board that is, the fact it's now globally banned is horseshit, because tbh it probably should have just been a thread in the loli and shota threads for girls and boys, respectively.
But I don't get it. This board already has loli hardcore. Doesn't that mean that under the same awful US obscenity laws at least half this board would also get nuked? Even though I'm legitimately sad about the non glowing non pedonigger content that got deleted from /tot/, this spells more like "we want to tread carefully and we are being forced to tread lighter and lighter"
>>8645 >Doesn't that mean that under the same awful US obscenity laws at least half this board would also get nuked? Yes, the only difference being, no providers have yet bitched about it. That can change at any moment, especially with enough bitching to providers. Acid assures me that it won't change, because Esther already tried to take the site down by mass reporting things on /loli/, and ultimately only a single post was removed, but I have my doubts.
>>8649 I can only assume Acid isn't a pushover and isn't interested in pleasing the services that the site uses for the sake of it, but this entire board is in risk for as long as Acid depends on any of these services to operate the site continuously.
This site probably flies under the radar by being dead.
>>8699 The adrenaline shot from halfchan may change that, which worries me more than it excites me.
.moe is Japanese TLD so it's subject to the same censorship as all of japan. no pussy... or genitals. so you guys must clean up here
>>8707 lol lmao, even
>>8707 You do realize a domain doesn't necessarily mean the actual servers or registrar are in that country, right?
Thanks to Archetypemaker for cleaning up the spam from last night.
Hello, There is a faggot going full rent free and shitting up an AI thread on 4cucks. I am not asking this to incite shitposting. This is a genuine question. Who is 'bean' or "beany" ? I came here to ask because I'd like a straight answer. It is usually annoying when board migrants bring their insider shit around, but this guy (the schizo) is a next level nuisance. I was redirected from this boards' topic related thread to the meta thread. >>9111
>>9118 I have no idea who that is and the name has never been used here that I am aware of.
these rules make no sense and you know it. just dont ban anything clearly artificial and fictional, simple as. is this site hosted in the UK or something, so you have to pay lip service to censorship?
>>9167 This is not a board for 3DPD and things that try to look like 3DPD.
I notice a random old edit request from nearly a year ago was deleted last night. It's not in the local or global logs. This means some autist saved a password for his post from damn near a year ago and arbitrarily decided to delete it now. Bizarre. It was probably Peter Mullin, even though he didn't namefag at the time.
