Monster Rancher Advance was the first Monster Rancher I played, and Chrono got me through S rank for the first time. Although his sprite is just a recolor, I remember his description saying he was a three-headed clockwork powered raptor, which is cool as fuck.

The only Monster Rancher game I've played is Monster Farm Jump, but I do really like it.
