I have read Alexis de Tocqueville & De Jouvenel. I agree wholly 100% what they say about Louis XIV, Monarchy & Centralization. Absolute Monarchy is Enlightenment garbage & centralizes. Ill fares the state where one master rules. Let there be a few lords, let there be many petty kings, like the HRE

If anyone should be Anarcho-Monarch, Pope Francis. The perfect Monarch is the Anarcho-Monarch who doesn't rule a State. Pope Francis doesn't rule a State. A Church is nothing like ruling a State & unlike a State it is fully consensual & voluntary from Church tithes up.
