No books, no video tapes, no past records, absolutely nothing indicates or implies chara was yellow. And its not like charas past was not explored. There are the tapes which show charas past. There was a whole monologue by a crowd of monsters that talked about the tale of the prince and his human sibling. And yet not a single mention of chara being yellow. Hell it doesnt even have to be a direct reference. It could just be a throwaway line saying human skin color becomes lighter underground. Anything really that indicates human skin color gets lighter in the underground.....and yet there isnt anything. If toby really did plan to make chara yellow, then he would at least leave one hint. But at this current point of time there is nothing suggesting it at all. At best you have fangamer merchandise and the cut character but merchandise isnt canon, and the fangamer thing was only one sticker. And the cut character was an early design that doesnt really mean anything.

Implication is that if we're making Noelle our vessel, we'll have to either give Noelle Kris's phone or somehow connect to the bunker using her phone.
