requesting /o/ pdfs Driver 03/24/2018 (Sat) 11:08:33 Id: d80edd No. 15575
I'd like to learn more about cars and how they work, what types there are, etc., does anyone here have /o/-relevant pdfs and if so can you please post 'em?
>>15575 You can start by lurking on Youtube. You will need to be slightly more accurate on what you want to get any pdfs.
>>15577 Anything vehicle related really. I could watch videos on YouTube or google search "how do cars work" or so on, but I've gotten used to learning through reading pdfs, books, even manga guides on subjects and would prefer using this type of written medium if possible.
A great place to start would be your car's service manual.
>>15578 Ironically, Wikipedia is your friend. Just search for anything you'd like to know more about and you'll get a general idea without needing any background knowledge. From there on, you can specialize your knowledge towards cars you have a special interest in.
I knew the basics just from life and growing up, but playing a few car building games and watching videos helped too.
>>15586 >implying I own a car There are probably pdfs of car service manuals I can find online to download and read through however, thanks. >>15587 I do that sometimes already but its a hassle going through all the links to find different general information and then piece them together, I would rather ready-to-go everything-contained book(s) to go through. >>15591 >playing car building games Maybe when I have all the basics covered I'll do that too.
>>15592 not him, but I started playing car building games even without the basics covered and it helped me having a foot in the car engeneering matter. Try Car mechanic simulator, it's a great starter.

>>15592 Did someone mention they needed CAR SERVICE MANUALS? Where would you like to begin? From the inside or outside? Will dump whatever you need later.
>>15598 >4 u I appreciate it, thank you! Of inside and outside I think inside is more important, but I'll take as much as you feel like dumping really.
That should be quite some material to read for beggining
If anyone had a English manual for a 1997 BMW 318i I would greatly appreciate it.
>>15606 Besides this, no luck. http://www.e36.lt/docs/E36_Owners_Manual.pdf Will dig through the janky polish, german and russian sites, they sometimes have something. No sooner than next week though.
>>15607 Honestly suprised how rare it is, then again I didn't see nearly as many BMWs, especially older ones in the states than i have in Europe.
>>15600 hi anon. do you have this type of manual for a ford fusion (specifically the first gen post face life?) thank
Car mechanic simulator is pretty good for this. You start a slow pace and work up too bigger things till you just start buying cars to rebuild. I played 2015 a lot then got 2018 a few months ago.
