They already did, it was called the Mondial. And it was about as much of a success as Anthrax poisoning.

I think the Alfa Romeo 4C does quite well, but at least in the US anyone who buys a new Ferrari is buying it to brag about being rich, not for actual driving so I doubt it'd sell enough to justify its existence.
