Honestly you're better off hosting your own server and connecting to the network through it. Channels (or whatever they are called) have their own rules anyway, irrespective of where you come from, so even if you were to register on a server meeting your requirements it does not mean you won't get banned. With that in mind, those 5 dollars a month to rent a VPS are worth it since the most they can do is keep you from using their channel, not delete your account, and in the worst case you can even create your own rooms.
