I don't want to sound rude but how come can you guys enjoy MMO's? I also did play WoW as a kid but every time I've tried it again it felt so boring and hollow. Obviously this is better than the current MMO scene with instant gratification match making and no user interaction but still.

what are the new abilities like in turtle wow? coming from someone that genuinely enjoyed the melee hunter early SoD had.

I'm still messing around on vanilla plus the server is pretty fun but I wish we had a few more players. Recently the server had an easter event which places a random chicken boss in the world somewhere. The boss drops a quest item that leads to a trinket and a consumable that increases atk speed by 9%. The top dps warrior on the server was hunting and soloing the chicken boss for the consumable but stated that others could join his group for the quest item if they all pass runes to him. Some didn't agree believing they also have the right to a fair roll on the consumable, therefore waited until he engaged the boss and attacked him in a group. He refuses to raid now and spends everyday hunting down the people that attacked him wherever they go. It's such a shitshow kek he was worth 2 raiders.

>>23956 Survival hunter is viable for raiding and better on trash than MM with its AOE. Carve hits 5 targets in a frontal cone and you can drop traps in combat. This can also be used to AOE farm. MM is still better for single target damage. Hunter utility got nerfed pretty substantially in PvP though as compared to classic. Wing clip is on a cooldown and scatter shares DR with freezing trap. Other class changes highlights: -all 3 mage specs are viable -all pally specs are viable and ret can do top tier DPS (in the non-warrior category). pallies are the most popular alliance pvp class. -shamans can tank dungeons but that's still considered a meme in raids. shamans are the most popular horde pvp class. -boomkins are A-tier in pvp. feral is 2nd best raid tank. -spriests aren't as good in pvp but disc is A-tier -rogues have been kind of butt fucked. i don't know the details but something about sub having been gutted into a raid "support" spec. some people say they don't hate it though. they are still fine in pvp but not as good as in classic. -don't know anything about warlocks other than one spec is good in pvp with some serious burst -warriors still top DPS and best raid tank but not by the same insane margins as in classic. You should be able to find some up to date videos on class changes on youtube and there is a thread on the turtle forum.

So i didn't get a lot of interest when I asked this in other threads, so I'll ask here: Would anons be interested in an anon run server? I've tinkered with azerothcore a bit and have a published mod. What features would you want?

Shaman Resto in Turtle, trying to do Enhancement 2H user off-spec. Is this equipment fine for the moment, or do I change some items for Earthfury(vanilla ones)/Zandalar set? And any recommended items to get that can be bought in auction? And what build to use?

>>41239 Is this shit supposed to be a PvP set or a PvE set? Please get an addon that lets you swap item sets and wear completely separate sets for PvP and PvE like a normal person. Earthshaker is also trash for DPS but it's decent for PvP since you can do a lot with that stun. And in the future if you want advice on your gear it would probably help to name them. It's a bit too much work to play "guess the icon" and hope you haven't gotten it mixed up.
